Body Scan

Body Scan meditation aims to direct your attention to different parts of the body and enable you to be present to whatever you are experiencing there. It is one of the easiest forms of meditation and is often a starting point for more complicated meditations that require a focus on the abstract. Besides making you relaxed and calm, the Body Scan exercise teaches you to be more gentle with your thoughts by simply bringing your focus to your body and breath.
