S.T.O.P.

This mindfulness practice allows us to pause in the middle of a busy day. It is best to practice this at least 2-3 times on days that are too hectic for us to practice longer forms of mindfulness meditation. S.T.O.P makes us aware of what’s going on around us and inside of us by grounding us with conscious breaths and then proceeding with more clarity from a place of choice.
