Work-Life Services offer extensive assistance, information, and support to your employees to help them achieve a better balance between work, life, and family to help make their life easier.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Employees can call the helpline number for our services. The employee will speak with our EAP intake counsellor, who will take the initial request and determine how we can best support the employee’s work-life needs. You will be given an appointment with our Work-Life Services specialist. The Specialist will call the employee at the scheduled time and assist with the request.
Once the request is collected, the Work-Life services specialist will identify, screen, and qualify the necessary resources/vendors to assist the employee. Resources and referrals are provided within 48 – 72 hours from the time of the consultation with the Work-Life Services specialist. The work-life specialist handling the request uses a comprehensive database to identify appropriate care advisors and other work-life resources according to the employee’s specifications (budget, location, time frame, etc.). The specialist will call each potential provider to find details that most closely match the employee’s needs. Once the work-life specialist has pre-screened and qualified appropriate providers, the details will be emailed to the employee.
